Welcome to TOA.
My name is Natalie Piepsny, and I’m the founder and owner of The Organized Aesthetic.
I’m so glad you’re here!
Let’s kick things off by getting straight to the point.
I’ve always had a Type A personality. I mean, my poor parents literally had to deal with a meltdown any time one of my socks would go missing in the laundry. Yeah, it was like that.
BUT…fast forward 20 years, and guess whose Type A personality has turned into hyper-organized tendencies and impeccable time management skills? This girl’s!
I recently reached a point where I saw the benefits that these characteristics had created in my life — a sense of balance, lower stress levels, increased efficiency — and I wanted to figure out a way to share them with others. Cue The Organized Aesthetic.
What’s been most rewarding to me, as I’ve embarked on this journey from in-home organizing to virtual organizing to productivity coaching, is seeing my clients implement the systems we curate for them — whether in home or in life — and months later hearing that they still work. To know that my clients and I are able to build something together that is easy to manage and has a lasting, positive impact on their lives is truly amazing.
On a Personal Note
Before I entered the organizing and productivity sectors, I kickstarted a full-time career in sporting event operations.
I had a BLAST in the industry, but eventually decided to pivot to a content marketing 9-5, which I still do on top of TOA. My corporate experience fuels both my attention to detail and creativity, two things absolutely necessary to give my virtual organizing and productivity coaching clients the superior service they deserve.
Outside of all things work, I’m a cat mom to an orange Tabby named Walter, a true chicken nugget enthusiast, an avid traveler, and a reality TV junkie.

One thing you should know about me is that, unlike most people, I live for an ice breaker. I consider myself an extroverted introvert, so when I’m in the mood to be social, I LOVE learning about others through a get to know you activity! A personal favorite? Two truths and a lie!
There are three statements about me below, and one of them is a lie. Give them a read, pick your guess, and sign up for my email list to find out if you’re right!
→ I’m 5’10” and played middle hitter on my high school volleyball team
→ I went skydiving for the first time less than a year after having spine surgery
→ If I could only drink one liquid for the rest of my life, I’d choose water (yes, for the taste!)Get the answer
